Problem
Course creators sit on decks, notes and PDFs that would teach better as video, but recording, narrating and animating every lesson by hand takes days per module.
Approach
- 01A pipeline that reads the source material, writes the narration and plans every scene before a single frame is rendered.
- 02A custom render engine that draws each visual stroke by stroke, timed to land exactly as the voice reaches it.
- 03A scene-by-scene review step, so the author approves the script and visuals before exporting the final MP4.
