Privacy policy
This policy explains how Quantum Intelligence Ventures (“QIV”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website. It does not cover client project data, which is governed by the agreement for each engagement.
Information we collect
- Contact requests. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, optional budget range, your message and, if you choose to attach it, your AI assessment.
- AI assessment. Text you enter into the AI assessment tool is sent to our AI model provider to generate a response. The result is kept in your browser's session storage so you can attach it to a contact request; it is cleared when you close the tab.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site, and we use IP addresses briefly to limit abuse of our forms.
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a conversation with you, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site, including website hosting, transactional email delivery for contact requests, and an AI model provider for the assessment tool. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and delete them on request where we are not required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've sent us by emailing hello@qiv.ai. Please don't include passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal data in the contact form or the assessment tool.
